Error 5008: server_2 : 13421849340: File system sample is made up of disk volumes with inconsistent density: d448 (dense STD),d449 (dense STD),d450 (dense STD),d451 (dense STD),d452 (dense STD),d453 (dense STD),d454 (virtual STD),d385 (dense STD)
No that is not my problem. That is 1 TB devices which we have allocated erlier.Yesterday i have allocated 20GB lun.i did rescan twice and thrice but no luck.
You are correct, d454 was rescanned a while ago.
As long as your filesystem sample living on inconsistent densities, you will not be able to do a succesfull rescan.
This is what the error messages is telling.
You need to solve the FS sample issue before you will be able to succesfull rescan
only d454 (virtual STD) is a TDEV..remaini ng all are reguler devices.
