I've installed PowerPath on a Windows 2003 Server (32-bit), multi pathed. I was assuming each FC disk would only show up once Windows Disk Management, however, I'm still seeing each disk twice, although the disk on the alternate path shows as Unknown. The first 4 disks shown are legit - 4 FC LUNS. The next 4 show as Unknown disks. Does this look right?
It's not a supported config, you can have one host connected via fiber channel to one Clariion and via iSCSI to another Clariion but not to the same one via both protocols.

The failover mode setting on the paths/host is probably set wrong. Open Navisphere and right click on the array icon and select Connectivity Status. Locate the paths for this host- select one and click the INFO button - you should see the settings for this path - one setting is the failover mode - it should be set to 1 for PowerPath - check the rest of the paths - if all are not set to 1, you probably need to install the Navisphere Host Agent on the host - this should push to the array the correct settings. If you don't have Agent installed or you have a firewall, you can manually set the failover using Group Edit - this is a bit harder, but will work.
As a general rule, a single server cannot connect to a CX4 series, CX3-10c, CX3-20c, or CX3-40c storage system through both its Fibre Channel data ports and its iSCSI data ports. You can also refer primus emc223782.
