I placed the order for my computer on September 4, the estimated delivery date was November 3, it is assumed, because my order has not yet passed the CONFIRMED status, I have written many times to technical support and they have assigned me cases, and I received the following email today from a dell advisor

We apologize for the inconvenience, we do not have further updates available on the order, it looks like order cannot be processed further and we might have to cancel and place a new order.

After a wait of almost 3 months they tell me that my order can be canceled.
