i buy dell save @ trade printer at jun.so post the old printer to dell penang at sept by post malaysia .check delivery status yes dell receive it the next day.so not keep the resit now dell argu on this.i make complain on email and chat why they don't send me anything on the receive.the take more than 1 month how busy the servic centra settle complain now just send email for me check myself went the receive it because they know i can't get any help on post malaysia on the poor servic.we i get the printer i share with friend about the new now i just want someone don't be stupid like me.
