I have called, chatted, and emailed support....always same answer 24-48 hours and someone will be in touch....still waiting...initial call Dec 21.   I just want the rewards I was told I was would get...why does this have to be such a hassle for customers?  After looking through the forum I can see this appears to a common problem..why?   Please is there someone who can help that can actually fix the problem?
