Guys, I ordered a windows 7 based laptop few days ago. The EDD is 2 Nov 2012. It's currently at the "work in progress" stage. As the release of windows 8, I noticed that Dell has release a same laptop with windows 8 os. The price and configuration is absolutely the same except the os. Besides, the EDD for the new system is 29 Oct 2012. I'd like to make a little change to my order, change my windows 7 based laptop with the new one. The configuration and price is exactly the same, just a faster EDD and windows 8. Please help me with this matter as I need my laptop by November. Thanks in advance.

We cannot make changes to a sales order. You need to re-contact Dell Sales. Give them the order number and ask what they can do to change it othe Windows 8 configuration.
