I have 2 DD630's and both stopped working after a reboot. They will power on but after they start to initialize the array they will quickly power off. When this occurs the light on the back turns from blue to amber and flashes, as well a small LED on the motherboard is flashing. I think i have narrowed it down to the riser board but not 100% sure. If it is the Riser, where can i get the parts?
Did you follow reboot sequence during reboot via serial cable to see if any meaningful message comes there or to see where it breaks exactly? Any spare parts would need to go via support channels.
It is a bit strange, but if this happened after reboot I wonder if BIOS is not causing it. At this point, I suspect you need to raise the call with support.
did you have the boot logs from IPMI, how did you come to a conclusion that its Riser Card, I suggest to raise a ticket with support team to verify the issue.
