Sorry, not sure what you are asking
- about what hardware works with what?
- about training and certification?

You might want to look around at the pages around this URL
- There are Dell SANs (MD3000 and MD3000i), and there are EMC SANs. The Dell|EMC part is just a front bezel and support comes from Dell, but there is no "Dell|EMC Certification" as such.
EMC has several certification options. You'd want to log into your Powerlink account and look under the support an learn option I think. Ones to consider are EMCIE (Implementation Engineer) or EMCTA (Technical Architect). EMC has 3 levels for certifications and each is a separate test; EMC Associate, EMC Specialist and EMC Expert. I have been working on my certifications so I know they recently updated them. I would start with the Associates level of exam:
DECA-ISM Associate Information Storage and Management Technology / Associate Information Storage and Management v3 Exam: E05-001
This covers all Dell/EMC equipment. After that you can go to the specialized areas (SC, VMAX, XtremIO, Isilon).

I'd like to specialize in storage administration. Especially with Dell SANs.
