Warranty program crashing

Hello
I am currently running SCCM R3 and my warranty plugin crashes everytime i run it.
It seems to pull the correct count of service tags i have but then it crashes when trying to output to CSV, or XML.
I notice that during the install it say that the plugin is for SCCM SP2 is this plugin compatible with R3?
If so does anyone know the reason why it would be crashing This is the error i am getting in event viewer.

    Any chance of a solution to this? 3 months later I'm still stuck with a non-working dell warranty info system. (a bit longer and the warranty of the devices expires :P )

    Are you running it from an elevated command prompt?
