    Hi,
    to activate CSC in Z/OS, i ' use parameter 'SCF.CSC.ACTIVE=YES' in member SCFINI used to start SCF for SCF (resourcepak base for z/os , see book :p/N 300-999-341).

    So we have to manage 4 sysplex with DMX3. I can manage r1-r2 pairs, status of SRDF, BCV (timefinder snap) and Autoswap from any Lpar of any sysplex.
    We have 3 STC on all LPAR
    one for SCF
    one for HostComponent
    one for ConstencyGroup/ Autoswap

    hope this answer can help you.

    have a nice day and all answer for Timefinder :)

    Hi

    I define 2 gatekepper by DMX.

    SCF.CSC.GATEKEEPER.0xxxx.LIST=14DB,14DC
    SCF.CSC.GATEKEEPER.0yyyy.LIST=14DB,14DC

    where 0xxxx and 0yyy is dmx serial (you can code all entire serial number or last 5 digits as i do).
    Like this, i use only these symdev as gatekeeper. If you dont code any symdev or UCB, SCF use an offline volser as gatekeeper.
    To prevent my gatekeeper Online on Z/OS, i use 2 SYMdev not coded in HCD
    see the same doc to code gatekepper..
