2 amber 6 white

My laptop is inspiron 5559. It has been in use for over five years and in the meantime nothing has happened. I recently tried to troubleshoot because the laptop went suddenly shutdown while I was using it, so I changed the dell genius battery. After that, the laptop did not turn on and the indicator light blinking with 2 amber 6 white pattern repeatedly. So I turned it off and left it for about four or five hours, and then I turned it on again and everything went well. After that nothing happened for a week. Yesterday I restarted my laptop and that error come back again (no display, blinking with 2 amber 6 white pattern). I did troubleshooting my laptop again. Here are the results:
Good battery (can be charged normally)
Good adaptor and
Power supply is fine.
I think the cmos battery is dead. Please give me some advice. It is not convenient for me to go out and go to the service center due to the coup in Myanmar (Burma).

There are a couple of things you can try.

Go to Device Manager.  Expanse Batteries.  Remove both Microsoft AC Adapter and ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery.

Shutdown the laptop.  Remove the AC adapter.  Remove the battery.  Press and hold power button for 30 seconds.  Reinstall the battery.  Plug in the AC adapter.  Power on the laptop and verify if the issue resolved.

If the problem persist, update your system to the latest BIOS to see if it helps.

This is a chipset error -- not a CMOS battery error.  You will need a replacement system board.

It doesn't really matter -- the system board has both onboard, so the mainboard needs to be replaced.
