I have 512g ssd my HDD slot is empty what HDD can I use laptop dell inpiron 5577 Together with the 512g ssd

You can use any 2.5 inch HDD or SSD
Example
SSD (faster)
HDD ( cheaper)
Since the slot is empty I am assuming you don't have HDD cable and cage .
If that's the case you will also need.
HDD Cable
HDD cage (caddy)
