trying to upload file under folder that contain the '=' character (e.g folder with name column=value).

there is a problem uploading/reading files to/from this folder when using webhdfs and encoding the character in the sent URL.

Received error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /v1/html/500Text.html on this server.

when URL is not encoded, things work fine.

in webhdfs which does not use oneFS you must encode special the characters
