usb driver dont work in laptop

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Specific USB device, and any or all USB ports?
Can you name / define the driver that fails?
Have you the rollback capability?
When did this first manifest itself?
Details please.
