Refurb Latitude E6540 and BT A2DP
Great machine, very pleased with it but...
Latitude BT works fine with my Samsung phone but not with my JBL Flip 4 speaker.
BT JBL Flip 4 works perfectly with my Samsung phone.
JB Speaker connects and pairs with my Dell but..
No audio, no transport controls, no A2DP service shown.
Services listed and ticked are: Audio Sink, Handsfree Telephone, Headset, Remote control.
Device manager shows Generic Bluetooth Adapter and Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator.
The Support Assistant cannot find any problems.
Hardware/Device functions listed are: Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (Sink), Audio/Visual Remote Control, Handsfree Profile, Headset Profile
In the Sound applet all bluetooth devices are greyed out.
Win7 64bit OS.
So I'm a bit stuck. Any ideas that I can try please.

Well this is what happens when I try to install the first file.
So I install the next file listed. And make some progress.
After a restart I still cannot send audio to the speaker. do you have any other suggestions please?

As far as I can now tell it is impossible to get the JBL Flip 4 speaker to work with this computer. Be warned!
