Regarding power cord issue.

User wound the power cord to tight around the power supply--never suspecting it can be detached from the power adapter!   It is a Dell 65w power adapter: 1.7A/100-240V input, 3.34A/19.5V output.  The now powerless power cord has 10A/250V stamped on the plug head.  Since the cord is all I need, what can I get buy with?  I can't seem to find any site that sells the power cord separately. The power adapter is running a Latitude E5540 laptop.
