Alienware 13 R3 OLED the brightness of the screen does not adjustable

I GOOGLE it and figured out, what it's problem not only mine.

People have the same issues listed below with brightness on Alienware OLED laptops.

1. If Alienware Graphics Amplifier is connected with laptop, then brightness adjustment stops to work,

the brightness settings slider is movable, but brightness always having stuck at 100%.

If I doing amplifier unplugged then brightness adjustments stays to work well.

2. When i close the lid without Graphics Amplifier and then i opening it, sometimes the screen doesn't wake up

and it stays dark. If the screen was on, after this open/close manipulation,

then the brightness automatically pop up to 100%

3. The brightness is very high and non adjustable in non Windows OS, in BIOS, Built-in hardware test,

and applications booted from another storage device.

I have some detailed observations, maybe that will help to fix the issue in Windows.

I saw that if the Amplifier is on, then driver Intel OLED panel dosen't uploading in system.

Maybe it helps to understand what the bug. I reinstalled a lot of times drivers for OLED panel

and Video card drivers with different combinations, i mean mixing old and newest drivers,

but every time the brightness adjustment didnt work at all and was stucked at 100%

when Alienware Graphics Amplifier was plugged on Laptop.

I think, this problem is serious. First of all i can't look at the screen, because the screen has very high brightness

and from this i have a pain in my eyes. Also full brightness kills OLED panel !

This question for Alienware engineers. Is it possible install brightness function directly in BIOS or fix this bug???
