Bad tech work

I own an Alienware X51 and after having a tech come to my house a while back he was replacing the HD and bluray player but when he put the PC back together he didn't even finish the Windows install>>>>he left that up to me. When he put the tower back together he pinched a wire into the PCI videocard slot and for a long time the PC worked fine but once and a while the screen would flash for a few minutes. I just thought I was doing something wrong until a few months ago I decided to open the tower to clean it out but now when I turn on the X51 it does come on and I can hear the HD loading up but I see nothing on the screen. I have tried different videocard and no luck. I would have thought that Dell would at least like to see how terrible a job their tech did but since it is out of warranty they won't even look at it>>>>PLEASE HELP ME

I only opened the case after the extended warranty ran out. I had tried to contact Dell once but I must have emailed the wrong address for help and since I live in a major pain I kept putting off calling you guys. But the fact remains that a tech sent by Dell ruined my X51 and Dell won't even take responsibility for their techs poor work. SO now I must try and troubleshoot this tower myself and find a way to fix it. You may take a look at the case if you would like related to  Thank you for responding and have a great night.
