What is the solution for Dell precision 390 it freeze when window start?

Post more info about the freezes...
What version of Windows?
When does it freeze? Does it get to the desktop or not?
Do you get a Blue Screen of Death?
Any recently added software or hardware?
Any beeps from the tower?
Reboot and press F12. Look for option to run diagnostics and run RAM and extended HDD tests. Post any error messages.

What version of Windows?
