    lushka,

What program are you using to attempt to send the message? What is the exact wording of the error you are receiving?

    Hi, Denny -

    Thank you for you response.

I am a new for DellTalk. I found what a problem was - incorrect formatting.

    I fixed it.

    Thank you.

I just got a new Inspiron 1405 with Vista and I am having a problem composing email messages to send. I use Microsoft Outlook Web Access in Explorer to access my email through my office's mail list.

When I attempt to compose a message to send, there is a little red X in the message field, and I can't enter anything there.

This is not the case on other computers, nor in another browser, Firefox. However, I want to use Explorer because I get more of the Outlook functionality in Explorer.

I spent nearly an hour with a Dell tech on the telephone last night, and he was not able to identify the problem.

On the computer in my office I sometimes get a similar box and X with a message that I'm not equipped/permitted to run ActiveX. But the message comes up after that admonition.
