i need solution in the nearest time

hello
 I've installed external camera carrying a microphone, loudspeaker work already, but the kind of camera USb did not work is not recognized as already knowing I've install its own drive , it said : sorry , you have no video captured hardware .
any solution please ?

    No one's going to be able to help based on that request.

    what model system?

    what model camera did you try to attach?

    did you load the driver correctly?

    what operating system and version?
