Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 which is under 1 year old. When I try to play DVDs in Media Direct Express, the movie screen just comes up blank, although I can hear the disc spinning. When I press stop, the DVD menu flashes onto the screen and then disappears. Also, whenever I try to play CDs or DVDs with the laptop switched on properly, the sound is crackly and intermittent, but music or videos that are stored on my computer, or from the internet play without a problem. Is there anything I can do to sort this out?
