yes you can just go from A03 to A10 with no problems. The previous versions are rolled up into the current.

Looking at your system manual Im not sure you can do all that you list. I do not see any reference to Raid Setups on the system so it is more than likely not supported, Dual booting is possible with a good size harddrive, the ram is ok as 4 is the max for the system, not sure about the processor, and the graphics card I also think is not possible the interface while it specs as PCIexpress it is not the desktop connection. if you go here(click on the card image to enlarge the size) this is a close up of the style that the video card is.
