1907fp Grey color movement

I have a concern about my new 1907fp. When I am looking really closely at shades of grey on the monitor they appear to be moving. Here is an example:

http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-tech-support&t=848023&p=1&tmp=1#post848023

The dark grey background on the first post of that thread appears to be slightly moving. The movement is kind of hard to explain... This is very unnoticeable but I was just wondering if it was normal.

Here is my computer:

Do you use DVI or VGA?
    VGA can make some artifact.

Seeing the same thing, 1907FPc V4C06, Samsung LTM190EXL21 panel, DVI, looks like angled ripples moving right to left on certain colors. Not limited to grey scale only, certain other colors also but not usually screen wide (only in affected color).
