The two USB ports on the monitor wont seem to pick any devices up when I plug them in. I have the cable plugged into my pc. I have tried other ports. I have reinstalled the monitor drivers. Did the steps in the "user guide" that came on the "Drivers and User Documentation" disk. Any suggestions? Thanks.
