2005FPW and 1280x800 resolution
I'm having this problem. I would like to play games on 1280x800 or some widescreen resolution that is not native, so I can have higer details and fps.
However I get this problem on my 2005FPW

This is what the Monitor info says when i'm at 1280x800 res

So does anyone have a fix? Anyone actually get it working?
Do you guys play games at Widescreen? If so what resolution? I might try those out.
My Video card is set to "Video Expand"

Do you have "Scale Image to Panel Size" selected in the advanced display options?

i have the X300 on the inspiron 6000D
any ideas what i can do to tweak it so it'll display like that?
it seems like when u are in 1280x800 your 2005fpw is in 1680x1050
where as my 1280x800 is in 1280x1040612

Maybe a setting with your video card?
