UNSOLVED
BLANK SCREEN...HELP!
I have a Dell 2400 Dimension Series computer running with a Sony monitor. Just the other day my computer was working fine. I turned it on today and nothing. I turn it on, the WindowsXP shows then it goes black for about 40sec then locks on a blank blue screen. It doesn't even get to the opening screen where you can log in the computer. I tried rebooting it a few times and maybe 1 out of 10 times I got to the sign in screen and it locked. I know it's not the monitor. Could I have gotten a virus or did I burn my hard drive????????? Someone, PLEASE HELP!

It could be the onboard video causing this to happen. You may want to call Dell Support and have the tech help you resolve the issue. The number to call is 1-800-624-9896.
