ST2310, DP, entering PSM
When I connect the ST2310 to my laptop, it gives a message, "entering power save mode". It is the same situation with all the ports VGA, DVI an HDMI. I have bought one one and tested. The ST2310 is not damaged sure, it is working perfectly. In addition my computer works with all the ST2310.
-- By the way I tried all the solutions posted in dell community, by changing the power plan, by switch off and on
-- I tried to call Dell. They were so nice but they cannot answer me without some number. I have searched I couldn't find it, because its an old monitor
-- Using windows 7
Does anyone has a good solution?
Thank you in advance.

* The nine year old ST2310 has the following video in ports = DVI, HDMI, VGA
* What specific laptop model?
* What video out ports are on the laptop?
* Explain in detail how you are connecting to the laptop using what cable, converter, and ports
