Boot failure on 3348: Memory Test Failed

Hello,

I have a Dell PowerConnect 3348 switch that goes into a continuous reboot loop when powered on. I've upgraded the firmware to 1.2.0.6. It had 1.1.0.42 previously but had the same issue. The configs have been erased using the steps outlined in the user manual.

Here is the error it gets on boot:

Does this mean the switch is dead or has some sort of hardware fault?

Thank you in advance.

I tried erasing the flash and the downloading the new flash to it (ESC at boot then [1]) but no luck.
