How to turn off Bluetooth

There are situations when I want to turn off internal Bluetooth in order to conserve battery life, but I want to continue using WiFi.

Is there a way to turn off internal Bluetooth but continuing to use to WiFi?

I am referring to the Inspiron 600M, but I assume this would apply to other Inspirons with the internal Bluetooth mod (Truemobile 300).

    Networqs,

Try using the [Fn] + [F2] key combination to turn off your Bluetooth device.

Are you doing this to aggravate people?  Read my question again.

I WANT TO TURN OFF BLUETOOTH WITHOUT TURNING OFF WIFI.

Doesn't your suggestion of pressing FN + F2 turn off WiFi?

If you have the bluetooth icon in your tray (on the right next to the clock) you can right click it and a menu pops up.  You can choose "Disable Bluetooth radio."  The icon will turn red to notify you that the BT radio is off also the blue light will turn off.

    Networqs,

The [Fn] + [F2] combination turns off both the Bluetooth and WiFi.  There is no way of separating these currently.
