So here I am 2months after buying a studio15 asking for help....

A couple of weeks ago I had to send the laptop back to dell because the hinges had become loose this took a week to fix which wasn't too bad (starting to loosed again) but now everthing seems to have broken, as soon as I put a music CD in to listen to all broke loose trying to eject the CD it didn't seem to know what to do and refsed to give me bac my CD so I switced off te laptop and tried again afte a cople of presses of the eject butto i finall got my cd back but it sounded horrible while ejectig, ther was clunking and crunchig and now te laptop wont shut up the fan is constantly on and starting to give me a headache, the laptop hasn't slowed down at all but now none of the keys work unless i hold them firmly for a second or two, has anyone heard of any of these problems? quite frankly I'm very annoyed and can't real be doing without my laptop for however long it will take to repair.
