R720 - iDRAC7

I am looking to buy a refurbished R720 server from the dell side and I was wondering if the IDRAC is not listed does it mean it does not have one?

Or all R720 servers come with iDRAC Express and you can buy license for the Ent version?

That statement is correct. All of the necessary hardware for the iDRAC is in place. To enable the enterprise features you will just need to input an enterprise license. The express version is a standard feature of the R720.
