I'm facing a strange problem with my Dell PowerEdge R740 that there is no DATA coming from the VGA from the iDRAC and also even with a physicals monitor connection. iDRAC says (NO SIGNAL) and with a physicals monitor connection, no data is showing-up.
iDRAC is working fine, showing everything expect the RAID controller and the physical HDDs.
I tried to do NVRAM rest then also tried to remove the CPUs and the RAMs and tried to remove the RAID controller but without any luck.
Note: In the Support Assist file, All my hardware is showing even the RAID controller and the physical disks with their firmware details
Would you confirm if you are connecting at the ports on the rear of the server, or the right control panel on the front of the sever? Have you tested the connection on the other ports, are they functional?
Let me know.

Please note that I'm unable to update the BIOS firmware or any other firmware from the DRAC. Also just noticed that the memory doesn't effect the change of removal and still showing all the RAMs slots are present which means hardware changing not reflected to DRAC even with DRAC rest. Please Advise!
First of all, please let's clarify something: When you say "VGA from the iDRAC" do you mean the front panel VGA?
This is not a specific iDRAC VGA. It is just a VGA port for the server video signal. It enables you to connect a display device to the system.
As I saw you answered Chris that you already tried the rear VGA port I understand that you know that it is just the server video signal.
The error you are having it is called "No Video" and its troubleshooting can be one of the following: Dell PowerEdge: Troubleshooting a Server that does not start (No Power, No POST, No Boot and No Video): https://dell.to/3wvvrXb
I suggest you to try the last option: Power drain the server then check for video on post to rule out operating system. (How do I Reset and Drain Power of my Dell PowerEdge Server?) https://dell.to/2TGefQg
Let us know if this change the server's situation.
@moabdelaal did you ever find a fix? I have a (new) used r740 with what sounds like identical issues
zero video.
Idrac still reporting devices that have been removed. (Strangely if I reconnect the m.2 PCI card it'll pull the device serial, where as it's blank when not connected, but says boss.S in port 2 even with the raiser removed).
Bios updates and changes don't work / stay at scheduled 0%.
Debating buying a cheap VGA graphics card, but leading to it been borked and just requesting a return.
