Memory not run a 2666 mhz
I have Dell T3630 having installed corsair LPX 2666 mhz ram but reduced to 2133 mhz please any suggestion?

That memory is designed for gaming systems and requires a system that allows manual adjustment of memory timing. Your system has no provision for that, so it defaults to the lowest speed (2133 MHz).
Install RAM with the memory timing the system requires and it'll run at 2666 MHz.

What CPU do you have? It's the CPU that determines the memory speed.
