Precision 5820 thunderbolt 4

Does Precision 5820 support thunderbolt 4 connection and does dell has an extension card for it ?
İn the motherboard there is an area for TBT header but nothing is soldered to it so I am wondering if I need to solder a 5 headed pin myself or is there a dell specific card out there

If the header isn't there, no -- you cannot add it.

If Thunderbolt was an option on the system, you'll need to replace the system board with one having that option.

I wonder what make OP thinks that 5820 can support thunderbolt 4.  The latest processors being used in those system were Xeon W-2200 and Core-X series.  They could only support thunderbolt 3.

Therefore, OP's thunderbolt 4 upgrade plan is a no go.
