I have a Dell 1815dn Multifunction printer that justs locks up several times through out the day. A power down and back up will clear it but it happens every couple of hours. When it happens the display looks normal but nothing works and it won't wake up. None of the keys work, can't print over the network, can't receive a fax, and the scanner light does not illuminate when the cover is raised.
