printer text very faded,have done all checks for ink levels,they show plenty of ink, have printed test sheet, this is perfect,can anyone advise please?
How old is this printer? If it hasn't been used for a while then the cartridges may dry up and the quality will be poor. This is just a possibility. If the printer is new then this is not the case.
Have you called the technical support for this? I would suggest doing this.
