- What if I do not have the lexbce what should I do ? every time I try to load my printer it will not let me finish says that rpc server is unavable.. it all started with error ( spooler subsystem App has encountered a problem and needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenence ). Any help printer guy says I have a corupt file somewhere. OKI c5150 works with my lap top not with desk top. would reloading the os fix this?

The RPC server not avalible has to do with windows more specifically with the services running in windows.
Go to the RUN command in your start button when it comes up type
msconfig press enter
once that program is up click on the Services tab on the top of the screen check to make sure everything is checked in there and that lexbce or something close to that is checked and says it running. if it is not running right click on it with with you mouse and then left click on enable. Then apply and ok rebbot if asked to do so.
Also do the same process as above only replace msconfig with services.msc and check for lexbce or something close it, make sure it's running...
