5100MP Lamp Failure

One of our 5100MP's constantly has a lamp failure issue.  The bulb is good and i can't find much about this on the internet.  Once reference to over heating but this is when it starts up?

     Welcome to the forums. Have you contacted support about this, if you are sure the bulb is OK you may have a problem with the projector itself.

    I did, they sent a replacement.
