Service TAG Number

Hello,

I have tried to find out if my DELL 3100MP has still warranty.

But the service TAG mentioned on the bottom of the projector is not known by DELL ???

I was on the service page and entered this number.

Hello,

I have sent all numbers I have ( service Tag, express service tag, serial number ) to the Dell support with the reply that this projector is not known.

Can this be? I have got these numbers directly from a label that is located on the bottom of this projector.

How can I find out when it was produced? Is it maybe mentioned in the part number ( serial number).
