I would recommend downloding the admin guide from the power link for that particular version. Are you having multiple clariion under a single RM server? do you know how the license part is setup at your side? like per clariion or per host configured?

Just curious, as part of the upgrade, did you also update Solutions Enabler?  Unless you happened to be running 7.2* with RM v5.2.*, with v5.3 SP1, you should now have Solutions Enabler v7.2* on the agents as listed in either:

1) KB article

emc212416: "Need to check compatibility between Replication Manager and Solutions Enabler"

2) or more thoroughly, generating the E-Lab Compability Matrix for the updated environment and making sure everything (not just Solutions Enabler) is compliant with the updated software

Yeah, WE have checked the compatibility matrix and everything is up to current release.  EMC has issued a patch for our issue.  Seems we have this host using two arrays with the same lun numbers on each array.  When the RM job unmounts LUN xxxx, seems it unmount both luns on each array.

WE are also having some issues with TCP ports being locked by other software which is causing issues.  WE looking into changing the ports from 4362 and 4363 to a lower ports that we can lock down.
