Adding SATA Drive

Help from anyone is appreciated!
 
I have a p4 3.4 GHZ EE
148 GB raid 10,000 RPM drive
 
I am trying to add a 250 GB SATA drive. I bought it from DELL and recieved just a hard drive in a box. Do I need any cables or brackets to install?? Or does it just plug in like the IDE's do??

    You'll need at least the SATA data cable, if you bought a bare drive.
