UNSOLVED
dvd decoder not installed
Hello guys,
I need help. I was cleaning up my computer. I go to add/remove programs and I think I uninstalled a software to run DVD on my dvd player. Now, whenever I inserted DVD, it say error message that "DVD decoder is not installed". Is there any DVD decoder software that Dell or any website I can download for FREE?
Thanks!

Hi Papako,
Not at Dell but click on the CD/RW link in my post and scroll to Section 7-5, article 15. These are the free ones our Regulars recommend from time to time.
Best Regards

Hi BassMan,
Thanks for the information my friend, which link, the CD/RW itself or the two links for the decoders?
At times Tripod, the server I use does maintenance on Sunday and it is down from time to time during the day. At the moment it seems to be working, check again when you get the chance.
Best Regards

Hi BassMan,
Most likely,
Many of the Regulars tend to like the VLC program but again the K-Lite is the one Dell-Tech use.
