Blog Post about E521

Lionel at the blog finally acknowledged that there issues with the E521 but says he needs some time to get his brain around the issues before he informs us what's really going on with our machines.

I want to make it clear I don't blame Lionel for the delay - I'm sure he's given us all the information he has.  But Dell has obviously made the decision not to ship the updates for E521s. They may have valid reasons, but there is no excuse for them to keep those reasons from us.

To be continually told by Dell that there were no problems and that the updates are being shipped in the order the requests were received when they knew there were issues is a blatant lie. There is no excuse for it.

I don't appreciate a vender that intentionally lies.

andreychuk, I certainly hope your foot is not too big to get out of your mouth. You should always look both ways before you cross the street.
