Bluetooth don´t work

I had to reset windows 7 on my lap top Latitude 6530 and I could not run the Bluetooth device. I downloaded the corresponding driver but the following message: Dell \ network_application_X7R76_WN_6.5_A01.EXE not a valid Win32 application.

    Hi arosales,

    When you say "reset" Windows 7, do you mean you performed a manual reinstallation of the operating system, or did you restore the Dell factory image?

    Let me recommend you take a look at Natakuc's clean install guide (link below). He explains how to make sure all of your device drivers are installed in the correct order.

    Since your question is primarily about reinstalling the operating system, I'm going to move your thread to the Microsoft OS forum.

    Bluetooth device now is working very well.
    It seems that I had a problem with the antivirus.
