Computer Shutdown?

When I click shutdown my Dell Inspiron 1525 it ask if I want to hibernate. How can I get it to default to shutdown everytime?

Customize your selected Power Scheme in Control Panel. Use the Advanced Settings button. You can change what happens when you click on the Shutdown button.

How do you do that? I can't find it. There is a power options & in that there is not an advaced settings button.
