Dell 4600 software issues
I really need help, I keep getting errors, here is one Invalid menu handle c:/dell/dellbutn.htm, and some other ones. My screen will go blue and my computer will shut down, when I click on links , like from yahoo messenger they do not work, I also am having problems with flash,I get a message that says I need the updated version, And when I receive emails they have a white box, with a red x in them in place of the pictures. If anyone can help me that would be great, because I am crazy trying to figure it out. Would it be easier to make backup disk and then erase everything and reinstall it all? If so how do I go about doing that?

Thanks, I will try the things you said today, I fixed the yahoo links, but when I click on my emoticons from yahoo there are not any pictures of them just the box shows up.and the smiley face next to the person I am IM'ing is the red x too. Yes I have sent and receives emails with pics in them, that just started doing it within the last week. The menu handle issue as far as I can tell was resolved too. If this helps any here is the info on my computer

Couple of questions for you
1. When is that menu handler message being triggered
2. Can you click on other links other than those within yahoo messenger
3. You could always try reinstalling flash and see if that helps. Go into Tools > Internet Options > Settings > ViewObjects > and the delete the icon for Macromedia Flash. Once its gone go to www.macromediaflash.com and dowload the latest version.
