You so helped me when you told the other person to hit Ctrl, Alt and the up arrow! I was so worried, I thought I broke my girlfriends comp, and would have to call her in Cali to tell her. Now I get to do the same thing to her that your co-worker did to you, and see if she figures it out. Should be interesting, if not entertaining :)
