Lo Jack Installation

I just purchased an Inspiron 1520, and it came with Lo Jack.

Two discs came in the mail today to install.

One says it is for the 3 year subscription.
The seconds says it is for 1 Year Subscription (ATG Bundle).

What is the difference??

The first installed fine.
The second 1 Year subscription went through the entire process, looked like it installed, but the LoJack site says it still needs to be installed.
I've installed it a few times with the same result.

Was I supposed to install both?

Note: Checked with LoJack. The 1 Year Subscription (ATG Bundle) is an additional year. Luckly, I correctly installed the 3 Year Subscription first. They told me only one could be installed, and the BIOS is then locked. At the end of three years, I can then install the additional year, for a total of 4 years. That is what the "Bundle" means. Not really explained well on Dell's web site, or in any of the documentation.
