Vista Home Premium. My mouse pointer does a very energetic little jitterbug each time I change url's. Is this normal ? Or do I have a mouse on steroids?
Yes, and I don't like it. You can stop it by turning off Protected Mode. Which is what I've done. Double click Protected Mode at the bottom of your screen to do so.
Also if you use Firefox you will notice that it doesn't do with that browser.
